The inspection went really well. I am glad for the mix up regarding the time. By 7:30pm it was too dark to see the exterior. Charles was very personnel and allowed Mark to see everything that he saw. Fortunately and unfortunately, it rained and we found water. Thank you for sending the report early this morning. I e-mailed it to the Lawyer and Selling Agent.
